Do you offer long-term rentals?
Yes, we offer leases of varying lengths.  Please see our Executive Rentals page, or contact us for more information.

What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made one month prior to arrival date.  All or part of your deposit will be forfeited for any cancellations made within one month of arrival. For additional details, please see our Rules and Regulations.

Are you wheel-chair accessible? 
Our units are wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator from the ground level to the condominium entrance level. 

What are the accommodations for "extra" guests?
Each unit has a maximum number of guests we allow without a fee (the max for R1 is 4 and the max for R5 is 3).  For R5, we will allow one additional guest (for a total of 4) with a fee of $25/night. R1 cannot accommodate any additional guests.  Each unit has a Queen-sized bed in each bedroom.  Unit R5 has a sleeper sofa in the living room, but unit R1 does not.

Do you allow pets? 
We do allow one small lap dog per unit only.  There is a $25/night pet fee, with a maximum fee of $125 per stay.

Are you small-children/infant friendly?
Children and babies are of course welcome, but we have not taken any special precautions to "baby-proof" our condos, and we do not provide cribs or other children's items. 

What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is prohibited both in the units and on the decks/balconies.

Are any meals included?
No meals are included in your stay.

Are the units cleaned daily?
No, they are cleaned before and after you leave.  Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged at renter’s request, and will be charged to credit card on file. In addition, upon checkout, unit is to be left generally in same condition as it was found (i.e. dishes cleaned in dishwasher, laundry started, trash taken out, etc).

Is there a fitness center? 
We do not have a fitness center in our building.  However, there are two fitness centers within one mile of Bayfront One that offer drop-in rates and monthly and other short-term membership options:  Cal Courts and The Adorni Center.  In addition, Healthsport by the Bay offers group fitness classes and personal training, and is located just across the street at 423 First Street.  They can be reached at (707) 268-8220.

What are your office hours?
Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (and we are closed on all of the major holidays).  If you are planning to check in after hours or on a weekend or holiday, please contact our office to have a lock box assigned to you.  We maintain an emergency after-hours call service for our guests.

What if I need to reach you outside of office hours?

We maintain a 24-hour after-hours call service for our guests in the event of an emergency.

How do I make a reservation?

How far ahead to I have to make my reservation? 
We recommend making your reservation 3-4 months ahead of time for the summer season.  Winter reservations should be made at least one month ahead of time. However, it is always worth contacting us to see if we may have last-minute availability. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 
Your deposit must be made via credit card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  Your balance upon arrival may be paid in cash or by credit card.
